In this episode, Ben, John Paul, and Julie talk about how to minister to volunteers during this season of ministry during Covid-19. Many volunteers may be experiencing a lack of community and some have sacrificed small group time to serve students. Having a check-in call, sending them a gift basket, or planning a game night just for the volunteers can go a long way.
Show Notes and Quotes:
This is an opportunity to get to know your volunteers better and connect further than you have before.
Take time to find out how you can pray for your volunteers, reach out to them, and take steps to continue building your relationship with them.
