In this episode, Ben, John Paul, and Julie talk about how to avoid virtual fatigue and maximize your digital teaching times. Students spend a large amount of time in a digital environment and can be digitally fatigued when they arrive for your teaching time. This episode will give you practical examples of how to avoid this.
Show Notes and Quotes:
By the time students get to your meeting time, they have spent all day in a virtual environment and are already tired. Taking a few steps to help students with virtual fatigue can go a long way.
As a leader, it is your responsibility to cast vision about what is most important. Small group time is essential and it looks different and feels different in this moment, but it is essential to spiritual growth.
Moments like this should drive us to pray with specificity for students by name. You know which students are still attending in a digital environment and which ones are not because of this situation. This is an opportunity for us to pray for those students by name and seek them out.
