In this episode, Ben and John Paul talk about how to manage expectations during difficult seasons. This fall will be filled with many challenges and managing the expectations will be an important step in this season. Join Ben and John Paul as they give practical and timely steps that every student pastor can take.
Show Notes and Quotes:
Even though this is a tough season, there is still a call to do ministry, proclaim His name, and disciple students.
Instead of asking what ministry can’t be done, ask what ministry can be done.
With less programming happening now in this season, what can you do now in terms of relational ministry to speed your ministry forward in terms of discipleship?
Anytime there are unsaid expectations, there is a greater chance there will be unmet expectations.
