In this episode, Ben and John Paul talk about how to know if you should quit or stay in your current ministry post. Knowing when to quit or stay in a job can be one of the toughest questions to answer. Ben and John Paul give some practical and timely thoughts to answering this question.

Show Notes and Quotes:

Knowing when to quit or stay starts with a heart check.

You must first learn how to follow before you will ever learn how to really lead.

If you can not follow your senior pastor or leader in a healthy way and your attitude and actions are suffering, then you need to either check your heart or take a step away.
