Show Notes and Quotes:
At some point along the way, you are going to have to respond to someone else’s failure. How you respond to your own failures as a leader will tell the people around you how you might respond to their failures.
It is important to have conversations with the people you report to about potential problem areas and what you are doing to avoid them.
