In this episode, John Paul, and Julie talk about how to create a truly relational student ministry. Students are longing for relational discipleship, especially in this season more than ever.

Show Notes and Quotes:

A relational student ministry focuses on building relationships and trust with each other to foster an environment that displays the Gospel and fuels discipleship.

A relational student ministry fits programming into relationships and not relationships into programing.

Shepherding and care create a deep impact in a student’s life that makes them want to show up next time.

The relationship with parents is a gold mine opportunity to create relational discipleship and change the culture of student ministry.
